How it Works

Instructions for Using the Vollco Shaver Sharpener:

1. Disassemble the Shaver Head

   • Remove the head assembly of your shaver.
   • Unscrew and remove the retainer to separate the three rotary cutters and screens from the triangular bracket.

2. Insert Sharpening Heads

   • Place the three Vollco sharpening heads into the holes of the triangular bracket.

3. Reassemble for Sharpening

   • Insert the three rotary cutters into the sharpening heads.
   • Secure the cutters by tightening the center screw of the retainer.

4. Start the Sharpening Process

   • Turn your shaver on for 7 to 10 seconds.

5. Clean and Save

   • Remove the three rotary cutters from the sharpening heads.
   • Brush the cutters clean, and store the sharpening heads for future use.

6. Reassemble the Shaver

   • Place the three screens back into the holes of the triangular bracket.
   • Reassemble your shaver and run it for 30 seconds to ensure everything is aligned.

7. Enjoy Your Renewed Shave
